OCA Mini-Grants
As a way to give back to our incredibly passionate counselor members, OCA is excited to offer a mini-grant program! OCA will award a number of mini-grants for use by the end of the current school year. Details of the mini-grant program for this year can be found below.
2025-2026 Mini-Grants
The application window for 2025-2026 mini-grants is now closed. Up to eight, $250 mini-grants are awarded each year to OCA member counselors!
Grant cycle:
Application Window: Closed on October 12, 2025. A new application round will open at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year.
Proposed mini-grant fund usage should support a counseling initiative that directly advances career readiness, academic growth, and/or social/emotional development with students.
OCA Board Members will review all submitted applications and select recipients. Preference is given to applicants or organizations who have not previously been awarded an OCA mini-grant.
Mini-grant recipients will implement the proposed activities before the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
Mini-grant recipients will submit a Final Outcome Report by June 1, 2026 to show how the mini-grant funds were used.
